I’m joining the Gypsy Mama and her Five Minute Fridays. Rules are: for only five short, bold, beautiful minutes. Unscripted and unedited. We just write without worrying if it’s just right or not. Won’t you join us?
I see my surroundings changing around me. My Faith journey takes a new path. My views change.
My priorities realign and community promises to become reality.
I see memories of a church that grew me as far as it could and then, when my faith-plant was threatened by the tight quarters and constricting lack of Life-Water, I see a new hope. I new garden to plant myself in – a place to grow and be nurtured. A place to serve and commune.
I see life.
Life is full of memories and past experiences – and whether they were good or bad, it’s the experiences that shape us.
We must not turn from the expierence, but take the time to see them for what they were – God’s guidance, sometimes gentle and sometimes firm, leading us toward the person we are meant to become.
We just have to open our eyes and see.
