I also paid a visit to the AR capitol building and spotted some fun wallpaper and fully blooming tulip tress.
I was finally able to sit my butt down and finish Dad’s quilt-top. We took it to the quilter on Saturday & I’m so glad to check that one off the to-sew list. Surprisingly (or maybe not) working on the quilt made me want to sew even more & I’ve started gathering fabric & supplies for a fun new project that will start in late April.
A few other highlights from the week:
- I got a traffic “warning” on the way to work.
- Mom, Dad, & I went to a local community theatre to see “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe”
- On the way back from the quilters, Dad and I stopped at 2 new-to-us antique shops
- My regular yoga class got canceled – so I’ve missed yoga for two weeks straight. So not cool. I really, really needed it this week. Next week I’m joining a class that meets on a different day, so hopefully I’ll get in a routine soon.
Did you have a calm or stressful week? How do you combat stressful days/weeks?
