This is the weekend Dad and I trekked to Hot Springs to scout flea markets and enjoy the extra day off. I used a Design J insert to document the trip with instagrammed photos and seafoam journaling cards.
A few other highlights from the week:
- Dad and I tried juicing – used a recipe that came with my new juicer and definitely not a huge fan: too much celery. Otherwise, not bad.
- Honeysuckles are in bloom and they’re my fave.
- We started putting up a fence – lots of work but worth it as a preventative measure.
Supplies Used: All photos taken with iPhone 4s & printed at Walgreens and Walmart; Seafoam Core Kit, Monthly Dividers, Large Paper & Binder; Digital Seafoam Papers printed at Office Max; Amy Tangerine date stamp; kraft stickers, blue washi, and various flag stickers from Target; For the Love of stamp from Elise Cripe’s Stamp Shop (currently closed); hey girl stamp from merltilton; label stamp from whitneyraepaper; star stickers from Studio Calico; Design A Page Protectors; Design J Page Protector; 3×4 Grid Journaling Cards; Fiskars Corner Rounder; Zig Millenium Pen; staz-on ink; Stampabilities ink; & American Crafts slick writer.
***I get a lot of questions about the mini photo collages I use in my spreads. To make them, I use the frametastic iPhone app set to the postcard size. I take & process 100% of my photos using just my phone; and most of the time, I print straight from my phone to Walgreens via the Printicular app.
